5 Account Security

6 Accepted Payment Methods

7 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

8 Source of Funds

9 Welcome Bonus

10 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example:

• ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = bonus winnings become withdrawable after placing ৳25,000 in bets.

If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

11 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Abuse of bonus offers — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, meeting wagering requirements through coordinated betting, or other fraudulent methods — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be terminated and all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

12 VIP Program

zg77's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on overall gaming activity and account history. zg77 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

13 Fair Play Policy

All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is independently tested.

14 Prohibited Activities
